The ski resort of Vallorcine is situated in the Mont-blanc area of the Haute-Savoie department in the Northern Alps region. It is part of the Skipass Mt-Blanc ski domain. The lift served area extends from 1260 metres to 1500 metres. There are 3 km of lift served runs. There are 10 km of cross country trails.
Skiers, Snowboarders and sportsmen of all standards can enjoy the Le Tour and Vallorcine pistes. At the northern edge of the Chamonix valley, the long blue and green runs are popular with beginner and intermediate skiers and snowboarders. The Charamillon area offers gentle slopes, whilst the Vallorcine descents provide experts with an opportunity to improve their techniques on longer runs through pine forests.
