Full Description: The Gers, department 32, is in South West France at the heart of old Gascony, a triangular area below the Garonne, stretching from Bordeaux in the west, then going eastwards towards Toulouse and southwards towards the foothills of the Pyrenees.

Eauze, situated in the middle of rolling vineyards, is the natural `capital of Armagnac' and its importance is linked with the growing interest in this excellent brandy. Eauze is a gentle and pleasant Gascoigne town much appreciated by visitors - especially on Thursdays, the market-day. Eauze is the smallest of the three main towns around which the production of Armagnac is centered. It has a renowned 18 golf course set in stunning landscaped grounds which is where this new development of houses and apartments is located.
